Wow, I felt like I was 8 years old again. I can just smell the alert facility, the B-52's cockpit and those crew cab pick up trucks. (Now that I think of it, I don't know if I ever rode in a truck--just the sedan...) It feels like it was a lifetime ago. Being in the "civilian" world, I just don't feel very connected to that stuff any more. Maybe I should see Kristy's reaction if I enlist....or maybe not.
